Wang Fuchun, born in Heilongjiang, China in 1943,graduated from the department of photography of Habin Normal University.Now,he has been acted as a photographer of Worldwide Ethnic Chinese Photograhers,a member of Chinese Photographers Association and a vice chairman of Harbin Photographers Association. I have taken the following topics,such as,《The Chinese on the Train》，《Person in the northeast China》，《Siberian Tiger》and《Chinese Steam Locomotive》.A gold prize winner at the 17th China Photographic Art Exhibition,a winner of the 3the Gold Staue Award of Chinese Photography and I was awarded as the well-known Chinese photographer and excellent member of noble personality and competent professional knowledge by Chinese Photographers Association. 2001《Chinese on the Train》-A Collection of Photographys by Wang Fuchun published.

　　During a large part of my photographic career, both scenic and figure photography had once aroused in me a passion, for I had created a couple of extremely gratifying works on the two genres. However, what I am totally infatuated for is still documentary photography. An intuitive photographer should focus on mankind and society from a humanist perspective, and should praise the good and roast the bad, glorify the beautiful and scorn the ugly in order to leave society a true documentary. Over two decades or more, I have been to countless villages and cities. Whenever I am walking on those unfamiliar streets, alleys, field ridges in far-off villages, an unnamed impulse descends upon my mind, as if I am stranger in a strange land, trying to find someone in a sea of people and to jot down messages---the changes of society and the footprints of history---of that era with the sensibilities of the heart and touches of the mind. There are tears of joy and moments of sadness. I am trying to put all this within my lens.
